Parcel order not delivered ordered on the 11 Oct
This is Margaret Sharp. I want to complain about not receiving my parcel yet! I keep emailing you but no response as yet.

For several weeks I have been trying to return products purchased. It was only due to raising a case through PayPal I was able to gain communication and a returns label made available to me.
Prior to this there was no way of doing so through their website. Live chat does not exist as they say it does, so I can not speak to anybody directly within a timely manner. Additionally, Evri, have since misplaced my parcel to which I was only made aware 2 weeks on, and of course no longer have my proof of receipt, to say it was sent.
Currently Evri are trying to be helpful and locatw my miaainf rerurns parcel, however ITS is *** poor..terrible customer service and do everything they can to avoid you returning items. I shall be escalating this issue further with the ombudsman.

Having a lot of trouble sending parcel to you hope you can help ive tried all ways to send to you but they say wrong order number but it is tge right order number.
